Takamatsu is located in Kagawa prefecture in Shikoku.
It’s the smallest prefecture in Japan, but packed with lot’s of things to do and see.
Ritsurin park is a must spot to visit, traditional Japanese garden. You can walk around for 1-2 hours there, very relaxing enviroment. You can always find skilled gardeners trimming pine trees bonsai style.
Experiencing tea ceremony is a good idea here!
If you desire more relaxing feel, day trip to Naoshima is a great idea. The entire island is filled with art. You can even enjoy original monet painting at Chichu art musium. Enjoy the view of calm Setouchi sea and clusters of small island from the ferry ride.
Kagawa is the origin place of udon noodles. You cannot even compare good Sanuki udon to udon from elsewhere, 200 yen will get you a great bowl.

What makes our cafe special is the architecture of the building. It was a wooden rice warehouse built in early Showa period, beautifully renovated with characters preserved.
Cafe Style Hazuki is conveniently located about 5 min car ride from Ritsurin Park, about 2 min away from Naoshima ferry port.
It’s an independent restaurant, you can also reserve for up to 150 people for private parties. Ideal for corporate lunch and christmas parties etc.
